The New England Outdoor Center is the home of Twin Pine Cabins, the Penobscot Outdoor Center and the River Drivers Restaurant. The cabins were built with structural insolated panels which help with energy savings. There were 10 seperate buildings built across the property. Type of Structure: Pre-engineered building The challenge for this project is that the owner required a short construction turn around. Bowman Constructors adjusted and ultimately entered into a design/build agreement to shorten the permitting and construction time.
