This project involved a complete renovation of three separate floors, each with a 9,000-square-foot footprint. The scope included multiple offices, meeting rooms, kitchens, and training facilities designed to support a range of business functions. One of the biggest challenges was the location of the work areas on the 5th, 6th, and 7th floors, which made the delivery of supplies and materials particularly difficult. To overcome this obstacle, our team developed an innovative solution by removing select windows and using boom lifts to transport materials approximately 90 feet up to the work areas, ensuring the project stayed on track.
