Type of Structure: Wood Framed
Limited site access and soil conditions plagued the project. The foundation required over 200 H-piles with a grade beam construction method on top of the piles.
Due to the schedule, Bowman Constructors self-performed prefabrication of the 4 story wood structure and trucked it to the site while the concrete foundation work was being completed.
