• Installation of an overhead door on the southwest side of the building.
• Relocation of the oil-fired and infrared heaters, as well as the circulation fan system.
• Updated all electrical and lighting.
• Removal of office space, storage cages, and demolition of an interior wall.
• Fitted a new conveyor platform and system.
• Installed new railings and stairway in the shop area.
• Updated and added new curbing to the loading dock area.
