Bowman completed a full renovation and reconstruction of an existing warehouse to create the new Sullivan Tire location in Brewer. The project included a comprehensive structural upgrade and interior build-out to support an eight-bay service garage, along with a new storefront and retail space.
The project also involved relocating Sullivan Tire from its previous location on the adjacent lot. Bowman coordinated the transition to minimize business disruption, allowing the team to close at the old facility on Friday and reopen for business in the new location the following Monday.
