This project consisted of the renovation of 8 multi-housing units located throughout the state of Maine. The various apartments underwent renovations that included new kitchens, bathrooms, and many other upgrades, each varying at individual locations. This project was a multi-phase, multi-scope project in occupied units.

Fairfield Family Apartments features a mix of recently renovated two-, three- and four-bedroom two-story town home style apartments in three buildings on 4 acres.
Fort Halifax Commons features a mix of newly renovated one and two-bedroom apartment homes in seven buildings.
Green Acres Estates features a mix of renovated one and two-bedroom apartment homes in two buildings on over 12 acres.
Mc Smith Apartments features a mix of renovated one- and two-bedroom apartments in two, two-story buildings on 1.45 acres.
Sherwood Apartments features a mix of recently renovated three and four-bedroom apartments in two buildings on 1.42 acres.
Pittsfield Gardens features a mix of renovated one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments in three, two-story buildings on 2.9 acres.
Richmond Senior Citizens Park features a mix of renovated one and two-bedroom apartments in three buildings on 1.08 acres.
West Front Residences features a mix of two- and three-bedroom residences in seven buildings on 7 acres. Renovations encompass exterior and interior work. Apartment homes will undergo renovations that will include new kitchens and bathrooms, as well as other upgrades.
