Type of Structure: Wood Framed
At the time of construction, there was an existing – operational – Credit Union on site. The challenge was to build the new structure behind the existing building, without hampering the daily operations of the facility.
Bowman Constructors erected temporary concrete barriers and fencing to seperate the work. Bowman worked integrally with the owner to move the owners operation and demolition of the existing structure – in a timely manner – so that members would have limited interruption.
