The Porvair Filtration Group Project was a collaboration Design Build with Haley Ward, (formerly CES, Inc). The new expansion was a 7,000 sq ft two-story addition which provided Porvair the ability to expand its production and increase sales worldwide.

This building was a pre-engineered steel clear span frame posted at 20’-0” with insulated metal siding and metal roofing. The west side (front) included a glass curtain wall at the entry. The building was conditioned with a combination of mini-split system and hydronic hot water system. The project was completed in the spring of 2014, and shortly afterward, was fully occupied and provided immediate expanded production.

Renovations of the facility included:

• Updating existing and adding several office spaces,
• Addition of meeting, conference, and reception areas,
• Manufacturing space that incorporates a new passivation, assembly, cleaning, inspection, and packaging room.
• Added storage and shipping space.
