The renovation project for the two schools began shortly after the pandemic shut down the state of Maine. Our Bowman team was able to devise a safety plan that would keep the students, faculty, and workers in a safe and healthy environment as we conducted electrical upgrades, created a new athletic field complex, and many other updates to each that included the following:

Asa C. Adams Elementary
• Renovate and update the existing kitchen area to have a larger footprint and install new equipment.
• Relocate the cafeteria and expand the space for students.
• Addition of a new Administrative Office area along with the addition of two new classrooms.
• Addition of new bathrooms.

Orono Middle/High School
• Addition of four new classrooms.
• Install a new entry vestibule.
• Addition of a new auditorium and theatre.
