This 24-unit apartment building, owned by Bowman Constructors, was built for low income senior and disabled citizens. The project is a NET ZERO design, and is built to certification standards of FIVE national green building/energy efficient programs. From design to completion, Bowman Constructors worked alongside WBRC Architects-Engineers and a team of green energy experts to make this nationally recognized project happen.
