Bowman Constructors was tasked with creating an addition to an existing structure in Waterville, ME for a new tenant fit out. The team performed multiple detailed field measurements to ensure the existing and new structures would appear seamless. The existing building consisted of multiple additions and the new addition had to tie in at all key structural points to create a sound and functional building for the owner to rent.
