Location: Waterville | Project Type: CM, Commercial

Dirigo Veterinary Care

This 1,800 square-foot interior fit out incorporated a complicated busy veterinary space into a small but efficient floorplan. The project included a reception and waiting area, three exam rooms, pharmacy/dental area, surgery and x-ray rooms, dog and cat kennels, lab area, laundry room, and employee break area. Located in a multi-unit, commercially occupied building with high traffic, outside laydown space was extremely limited and communication about logistics was extremely important. The client was extremely pleased with the timeliness and efficient process employed by Bowman.

“Starting on Day 1, I trusted Brian Bowman and his team to be a partner with me.  They answered the call.  Jaxson did a great job keeping things on schedule and always had my best interests at heart.  We had a great floorplan, but we were able to collaborate along the way to save time and money.  Additionally, these ideas made for a better result in the end.  The subcontractors that were lined up by Bowman Constructors were top-notch and they all contributed to the success of our buildout. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and the results.  A year into business and I still get compliments about my little practice.” – Matt Townsend, DVM, Owner, Dirigo Veterinary Care
