Bartlett Woods, a 28-unit senior affordable housing community near downtown Yarmouth, Maine, was constructed on an existing development site with limited access. Bowman Constructors worked seamlessly with subcontractors to ensure the project was completed on time while limiting setbacks and scheduling conflicts. This project serves seniors aged 55 and over and is approximately 28,200 SF. Bartlett Woods offers one- and two-bedroom apartments, a shared community room, on-site laundry, a telemedicine room, and outdoor spaces and trails. With a 39 KW photovoltaic system integrated into the roof design, the project sees low electricity operating costs.
