Bowman Constructors partnered with the construction manager, NES Group, for this brand new 3,800-sq-ft branch project. The work began with the demolition of the existing facility on a tight, occupied site that also housed a temporary branch trailer throughout construction. The new building utilized wall panel systems with closed-cell spray foam insulation, ZIP-board sheathing at the ceiling, and batt insulation at interior partitions. Locally sourced timbers from Mercer, Maine were incorporated to add a meaningful touch of regional character to the finished branch.
